It is VERY important that the school has phone numbers where we can get in contact with you. We try our best to keep your child safe but when accidents happen, we must be able to reach you immediately. Also, if you change your phone number, please notify the school.

If your child requires prescription medication during the school day, a form must signed by the doctor and parent before the medication can be administered. For any over-the-counter medications, a form must be signed by the parent. These forms are available on this website under "Files" or in the nurse's office.
